Cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified no cancellation fee is levied if the cancellation takes place more than thirty days before your reservation. If the cancellation occurs within the thirty days of the start of the reservation a 100% cancellation fee, or the equivalent of 1 month rent for reservations longer than thirty days, is levied.
